Are you ready to take your physical yoga practice to the next level? Put your fears aside and take your practice upside down. Not only are inversions fun and challenging, but they're also a great way to reinvigorate circulation.
Enjoy the journey
Handstands and other inversions help you build strength and balance. Although these advanced poses that require us to stay upside down are not the purpose of our yoga practice, they're a good way to find that peace, focus and calmness, that we're all looking for in yoga. Advanced poses can get you there. We need to make sure that we don't get frustrated along the way, remember to take deep breaths and enjoy the journey.
Tips and tricks
We all begin from where we are, whether its flying for the first time in crow pose, straightening up in a headstand, or even mastering a handstand. We all could use some tips and tricks with whatever we are working on at the moment. Over the years I learned a lot from my own practice and from amazing people I met along the way, and I would like to share this with you guys.
